          Let’s face it, at one time or another, we have all told ourselves that tomorrow is the day we turn it all around. We are going to eat right, exercise, and live a better lifestyle. Then, a week later, we find ourselves no closer to meeting our goals.

          Getting your body in shape shouldn’t leave your brain behind. Precision Sports Training will help bring the excitement back to your fitness goals.  We will help you find your motivation and keep focused on your goals.  We will help you transform your body, your mind, and your spirit with a combination of cardio, core, and strength training.  ~ 1 hour in length

​​Mommy and me

          First and foremost, congratulations on your new addition!  As a new parent, you can sometimes feel like you're isolated from the world around you or stuck in the house with no one but your precious baby to talk to. But it doesn't have to be that way! Mommy and me classes offer a great opportunity to get out of the house and interact with other new parents. At a mommy and me class, you can play with your baby, which is an important part of learning, bond with them and get moving!  Finding a babysitter or a gym with adequate childcare is tough, especially with a newborn.  Here is that excuse to get out of the house, get some fresh air and start getting results right away.  Stroller is required and child must be less than 18 months.  Must have doctor release to start.

     Self-Defense

​            This​ 6 week long class meets once per week.  This will progress you through proper self-defense techniques.  You will put your skills to realistic encounters.  This class is limited to 10 individuals.  The small class size allows the instructors to provide proper feedback and help sharpen your skills as they grow.  As an added bonus, you will get a workout in and burn off some calories.  Sign up now and get a key chain pepper spray!!!


​​Aged and Active

           As we start to age we become less active.  We get in a vicious cycle of inactivity.  Let us help you break this cycle and get you moving better.  Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with this class. Fitness and fun come together as you alternate non-impact aerobic activities with upper-body strengthening exercises. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.  With our medical background we can work with total joint replacement recipients and even sedentary individuals (wheelchair bound).  Get out of the house and meet like minded individuals.  Whether your goals are actively playing with your grandchildren or just overall better movement, we accommodate all.

​​​Cardio-Kickboxing

​           So what if the closest you’ve come to kickboxing is a slap fight in the 4th grade.  This class is an amazing aerobic experience, utilizing martial arts based kickboxing techniques to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, core stability, and balance. No prior martial arts experience necessary.

What Success Looks Like

          This is total body conditioning for faster results.  Adult Fitness classes run for 6 weeks.  Our program combines cardio, strength training, stability, core work, flexibility and circuit training.  It is recommended you attend multiple sessions for the best results, however, it is not mandatory.
          We understand that each person is unique and differs in fitness levels.  Modifications are made available for every exercise in order to fit your fitness level.  You will never get bored and hit plateaus because we will continuously challenge you.

          These 6-week programs are designed to give you maximum training with results and SUPPORT.  You are not just a number, you are part of the family.  Meet other motivated people with similar goals and succeed together.  Don't be just another number at a local gym.  We will work for you to ensure you get closer to your goals everyday.  Be held accountable.  We are in this together!!!
